Megan set to do SNL

Megan Fox will host the premiere episode of Saturday Night Live’s premiere on September 26th in New York City.

“Megan is psyched to have gotten this opportunity,” the insider tells Life & Style. “She has a lot of surprises in store for the audience. This is the perfect opportunity for her to show off her comedic skills, as she’s launching her new movie Jennifer’s Body [on Sept. 18].”

Megan has been brushing up on her comedy by doing a digital short with funnyman Andy Samberg, the insider adds. So that’s why Andy’s in L.A.

You’ve seen the gag in the trailers for Jennifer’s Body. Megan Fox stares playfully at the camera. Put a lighter to her extended tongue and scorches the tip. It blackens then quickly heals. And every guy (or girl) in the audience goes, “Niiice.” Well, a new pic from the horror-comedy, directed by Karyn Kusama and written by Diablo Cody, has hit us and it’s from that scene. The film opens on September 18.
